Bootle choirs launch two original songs

At a concert for family, friends, and supporters on Friday 6 October 2023 the Bootle Youth Choir and the Bootle Community Choir launched original songs written by them for the occasion.

More Like Me and Growing Stronger were written by our choirs with the support of choir leader Josephine Wilcock of Bluesky Singing.

The songs are available to listen to on various streaming services and also on YouTube.

Thanks to all who supported the concern which raised a little under £200 to support our choirs.

Bootle Youth Choir and Bootle Community Choir are both open to new members. Rehearsals take place on Wednesday evenings with the Youth Choir beginning at 4:45pm and the Community Choir from 5:45pm.
